STEP UP - OUR MIDDLE LEADERS PROGRAM
Step Up - Our Middle Leaders Program.
Step Up is our specialised program designed for those moving into, or already in, a middle leadership role within a school. You are paired with a mentor who has experience as a leader in education for 121 support throughout your program.
At the commencement of the program, we lay a foundation by understanding your current leadership style and conducting a 360° review. You will then move on to 5 core modules that include:
- Resolving Conflict Before it Boils Over
- Leadership Styles and Influence
- Laying the Foundations for Team Culture
- Navigating the Transition: Peer to Leader
- Managing Performance with Confidence and Clarity
Using the knowledge gained from your program and the guidance of your mentor, you will be supported to develop a mini strategic plan for your team that aligns with your school’s broader goals. You'll learn how to apply your new skills to delegate effectively, influence others, and grow a cohesive team with a shared vision and clear direction for success. You will receive your certificates as we celebrate the end of the program together, reflecting on what you have achieved.

Step 3 is the third 121 with your mentor and development of your team's mini strategic plan to align with the school's overall strategic plan.
