STEP UP - OUR MIDDLE LEADERS PROGRAM

Step Up - Our Middle Leaders Program.

Step Up is our specialised program designed for those moving into, or already in, a middle leadership role within a school. You are paired with a mentor who has experience as a leader in education for 121 support throughout your program. 


At the commencement of the program, we lay a foundation by understanding your current leadership style and conducting a 360°  review.  You will then move on to 5 core modules that include:


  • Resolving Conflict Before it Boils Over
  • Leadership Styles and Influence
  • Laying the Foundations for Team Culture
  • Navigating the Transition: Peer to Leader
  • Managing Performance with Confidence and Clarity


Using the knowledge gained from your program and the guidance of your mentor, you will be supported to develop a mini strategic plan for your team that aligns with your school’s broader goals. You'll learn how to apply your new skills to delegate effectively, influence others, and grow a cohesive team with a shared vision and clear direction for success.  You will receive your certificates as we celebrate the end of the program together, reflecting on what you have achieved.

Step 2: Completing your next 121 with your mentor and completing our 5 workshops and assessments.

Step 3 is the third 121 with your mentor and development of your team's mini strategic plan to align with the school's overall strategic plan.

Step 4 is the final 121 with your mentor, the end-of-program  celebration and your certification for completing the course

    Practical strategies to handle tension and disagreement confidently, before they become major issues. This focused 90-minute workshop equips middle and senior school leaders with the tools to manage conflict with clarity, compassion, and control.

    This session unpacks Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence Leadership Styles and helps participants explore their default approaches, blind spots, and how to flex their style based on the situation and the people they lead.

  • Navigating the Transition: Peer to Leader

  • Managing Performance with Confidence and Clarity
